announced that it has received Certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in Credentialing/Recredentialing (CR), a program that evaluates clinicians and practices that use teamwork and technology to deliver coordinated and patient-centered primary care.
The NCQA CR certification focuses on consumer protection and customer service improvement. This certification provides a framework for organizations, like ProCred, to implement industry best practices that help them accurately and efficiently credential and recredential health care professionals.
